Anyone having problems with orders from Northerner.com ?

I have placed an order with notherner on 5th this month and still did not reach my location. The package comes from Sweden, swed, post to Europe just about 1500 km maybe, no sure though.

I ask this because this is not my 1st order with them. It always came on time but used to receive the orders by UPS.

Not blaming northerner the problem is not on their part I suppose, but 20 days for a package to travel so few KM ?

I am starting to believe it got blocked in customs somewhere..

What are your thoughts?

Sure sounds like a Customs problem.
And, if confiscated as illegal contraband, I don't think they even notify you.
It looks like luck may not have been with you for this order.

I'm having the same issue here.

My order has been shipped on the 1st of Octomber.

And my second order on the 5th ...

Still haven't got anything in my mail.

I think there's a customs issue. The order's coming from U.S and one from Europe/Sweden.

P.S I'm a bit worried since I had quite a load of dip on my order. If these ****ing idiots will confiscate my order I wonder who's responsible for my money... I guess we just lose it.

I suppose if they don't arrive in 30 days or so.. they are surely confiscated by the customs.

And everyone should be aware when ordering online, or NOT ordering at all if such risks are involved.

It might not necessarily be Northerner's fault every time these things happen.
They're at the mercy of the manufacturer, who might be temporarily awaiting
a new production run to finish. Only they know the reason behind the outages.

Have you used the Helpdesk yet to try to get an answer to your situation?

I've been waiting two weeks for an order now.It was shipped on the day of ordering and usually it arrives within 3-4 days. I've raised a ticket with Northerner but their (admittedly very fast) response was "it's out of our control, and might be due to Customs delays".

I've been out of snus for a week now, I'm getting really fricking twitchy. I'm also nervous about ordering more just in case Customs get hold of that as well.

Looks like I'll be back on the cigs at this rate.

My order's status has been updated to "Shipped" on October 26. Nothing has arrived yet. I fear it's been confiscated/lost/..., but all I can do is wait, right?
