    Here we go again..........

    I have had no problem getting snus from a certain supplier (I live in MA). I placed another order and I am back to sweating import/customs again............fingers crossed, due here this week.

      Never had problems with the customs (I'm in EU)

      Hope won't have any either in the future...

      Brought quite a bit of snus in the country till date )

        Good luck! I am in a similar situation: I bought the V2 deal and it is coming from the USA to UK, no tax payed.

          They'll probably have you pay extra taxes to the customs...

          That's how it's done in Romania EU.

            No precious over here US Customs doesn't apply taxes, atleast not yet. I wouldn't worry about Customs stopping the package either. The only problem would be if UPS starting enforcing MA law and not deliver to MA addresses. As long as it's shipped UPS/DDP then even if it does get stopped then you'll be due a full refund.

              If the full refund applies then it's great...

              Will the snus then be shipped back to the seller?!

                Would think that if UPS decided to stop shipping snus to MA they would not accept the order in Sweden.

                    Everytime I have ordered from that place since PACT It has said that and ping-ponged back and forth from states, but I always got it in 3-4 days with no problems.

                    Actually the fastest shipment I had was a 3 day AM delivery and the tracking said it went through the FDA clearing agency, and when I got it, it had a sticker saying something about it being FDA approved and crap.

                      Guys, Christmas/Holiday is the best time to get these things through. The volume of mail and packages is so high that surely their ability to stop and nose around each parcel is greatly reduced. A lot more stuff will slip through i'd imagine during the holidays than normal, so now is as good a time as any to make an attempt!
