Mr. Snuff - NOT happy

Well, I ordered my snuff from Mr. Snuff on the 12th or 13th and it still hasn't gotten to me. When I asked them what was up with it, I was basically told, 'stay cool hangin' with your friends and it'll show up some day. Deliveries are slow this time of year. No big deal.'
That wouldn't be so totally unacceptable if I ordered it this month, but i didnt. I ORDERED MY SNUFF IN EFFING NOVEMBER. It's been over a month. not to mention I ordered some Sennheiser headphones from Germany and got them in 4 days. So, apparently they didn't get the 'everything is slow this time of year' memo. Actually, everything I ordered for Christmas presents has gotten to me quickly and efficiently. Yes, I know "it's out of their hands after it leaves their office and has been shipped". This is still very unsat. I'm starting to doubt they sent it.

In all fairness to Mr Snuff I have noted several references of Bad weather closing bridges in his area and several post have noted customs both in his area and in the US being very active holding shipments. In all of my numerous dealings with Mr Snuff and his staff they have been very accomadating in resolving any and all issues I have. And I am a very difficult customer to satisfy. I admit it.

I emailed them, and a week later they got back to me and let me know it would appear one day. I don't know if hes a SOB or not, but probably won't order from them again. I can see an extra week for customs and bridges, but not a month.

I've near exclusively ordered from MrSnuff, and I have nothing but praise for him. They did have bad weather, and he did post that customs was being a problem. I believe he does the best he can, one's it's in the mail though, it's out of his hands.

Im sure my instance is an anomaly, but it doesnt keep me from being pissed and not being able to cool hang with my friends properly.
