      Doesn't he ship Royal Mail just like Toque? It took 11 business days for my package to arrive. Mr Snuff prominently had the weather issue displayed on his page, and there is holiday shipping traffic. And there might be customs issues. A lot of factors. This is international shipping, it's not as smooth, no tracking, etc. Red flags should only be raised when several people comment on really slow shipping and inattentiveness to emails.

                    Welcome to my world Condor I've been waiting over a month too for my first order from Mr. Snuff, So this is not an isolated incident and some of those threads were from me..                     So Let this thread be a Warning to all who decide to place an order from here on out with Mr. Snuff .... You may or may not ever get your order and if you do consider yourself lucky... Better order months in advance of wanting something...

                    My first order with them along with Condor's has nothing to do with weather or the Holiday's being the hold up. I placed my order November 10th had problems with an out of stock item, ( Just My Luck ) Got that resolved with multiple e-mails and phone calls and it was supposedly shipped on November 16th...

                      I've ordered from all of them without an issue. Snuffstore.co.uk has great customer service, not that the others don't, I just don't see snuffstore mentioned much here.
                      Condor, what did you order? I may be able to send you a few grams of different snuffs if you are out.

                          IMO, That's all fine and dandy and I'll bet he does the best he can or did, But to me now it is just a bunch of excuses and a cop out... I think he needs to re-send mine and condor's Full order and keep on sending them until one reaches us in a reasonable amount of time... I don't give a shit about the royal mail policy of having to wait 28 working days before he can make an inquiry... Not my problem and shouldn't be... Make your inquiry after the 28 working days and have the Royal mail either re-emburse you or send you back the product, But in the meantime orders should be resent to customer's... Again just my opinion.. But that won't matter I'm just a customer who paid for product and didn't receive it...

                          My feeling now is if your product can't be received by U.S. customers then don't offer it and sell it.... Plain and simple...

                            Not that I've ever ordered anything from Mr Snuff (in which I haven't), this is the reason why I only stick with Roderick.

                            Up until recently, I have heard nothing but good things about Dave's service.

                            I do hope you folks get your order soon though, you deserve it!

                                Yeah, Im pretty much thinking it's lost, which definitely isnt Mr. Snuff's fault. I was just a tad irritated as to how my email was dealt with. I will probably try to contact them once more about it. If they resolve it, I'll continue to order from them. If I get another "oh well" email, then I wont. Pretty simple.
