Has anyone had any problems when ordering from the northerner before? I ordered a prismaster with my last order and it never came (I didn't bring it up because a forum member gave me a spare; much thanks again bud!) and today I got my order and 2 of the tins of Jaks were cracked open. So, I am just wondering, is it actually worth it to file a complaint or will it just be folly?

My personal philosophy is to let things go if there isn't a real problem. If the tins were cracked, but the snus was still moist and fresh, I wouldn't bother complaining. If it's dried out, I'd write, and see what they said. I think you'd get a replacement. If it bothers you, go ahead and write them. They should straighten things out. Mention the Prismaster too. It's only a couple bucks, but you did pay for it. -
I don't really mind that the tins were cracked, but the fact that the snus was dried out and the taste was off was my real complaint..Comment

Well yea, go ahead and write them. You paid for fresh snus, you should get fresh snus. Mention the Prismaster too. You got one through other means, but you should get the one you paid for :^D It'll be a good spare, if nothing else.Comment

Northerner is excellent at customer service. A company as large as them is likely to have a few customer issues. But they are great at fixing them. Go ahead and contact them. Even tho its not their fault that the tins were damaged in shipping they should fix you right up. I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Prismaster is a tool for molding loose snus or loose Swedish Chew into a snus/prilla without getting any snus on your fingers.
