I beg to differ. The Classic Strong is one of my favorites. I love the taste.

I understand some people like it. To me it's just funky tasting. I'm not a fan of the tobacco Gotlands uses though. It's like most people love General OP and I think it's garbage and much prefer Granit. Tastes vary.

I have to agree with you on that. I like General but love Granit. It seems to have a much nicer flavor and softer feel to it.

Well in fairness, I have never tried Granit, so maybe I am missing something.

Yes - IMO Granit is even better than General. The tobacco flavor is very well balanced and it makes a soft pris if you use los. You have to try it at least once. If you like General, you will love Granit.

Hi everyone,

First, I would like to apologize for the amount of time that has gone by since the last time we updated this thread and thank everyone that has supported SnusOn by taking part of the VIP program in the past. Today we have finally come to a decision as to what will happen with the VIP program. After looking at the program from every possible angle, we have decided to discontinue the SnusOn VIP Membership program. It was not an easy decision to make because we know how much you all liked the program but in the end, operational and logistical difficulties won out over popularity. While we are discontinuing the VIP program, we are also putting something in to replace it.

What we will be replacing the program with is something that has been suggested for as long as I can remember, a "Members Only" snus shop. While we have mentioned putting one in since the launch of the new layout, it will finally be a reality within the next month or so with the help of Northerner. Unlike the VIP program, where only a few snus brands were available to members, the SnusOn snus shop will carry a myriad of different brands and types, along with American smokeless brands and the complete line of Icetool products. The shop will only be available to members of the SnusOn community with prices that are lower than Northerner. We also want to add a member points system where points can be used towards the purchase of snus. The shop right now is in the "build" stages with a projected launch of late March/early April. As we go, we'll keep you updated here in this thread. Ice and I are pretty excited about bringing this new shop online and are pretty sure you will like what you see once it's finished.

Again, we want to thank everyone who has supported SnusOn by taking part in the VIP program in the past. Without your support, we probably would have not been to bring the SnusOn snus shop from a dream to a reality.

That's Great news, The new SnusOn shop sounds like it could be a promising alternative to some of the pricing and shipping cost if the cost are brought down alot lower than the webshops...

As a side note: I haven't seen the site announcements section thread in the list for quit some time and have been wondering where it went.... Might explain why we can't view that thread because there is no site site announcements section under the forum tab to view the thread...
