My Northerner orders coming from their Swedish warehouse to the UK take between 2-4 days with Airmail.

Never ordered from their US warehouse but when I've ordered other stuff from the US in the past it took about 7 days.

If I remember rightly you ordered some US chew from their US warehouse to Sweden? so you'll probably be looking at about 7 days for that.

I used to receive my European Northerner orders in about 7 business days via Swedish Post. I've only ever used UPS when ordering from their US-based store.

Expect no longer than two weeks from shipment date. It it hasn't arrived by then, I would email Northerner asking wats up.

It was said before...I will say it again. If it was shipped via UPS you should have a tracking number to follow it step by step. Check The Northerner's website under the "Personal" link and check the orders. If it has been shipped it will say so next to the item, pending means they are waiting on something to add (stocking issues). If all else fails, contact them. They still DON'T have an email address listed but I believe they have a "help-desk" submitting system when you have issues.
