Ship to Iowa??

I've bought from BuySnus several times before the PACT act. I was away from snus for awhile and on a whim just went to BuySnus the other day and ordered three rolls.

I live in Iowa (Davenport) and had it shipped UPS. I was completely unaware that I apparently can't get snus shipped to Iowa.

The tracking number says it is in Sweden but the delivery date estimate is the 30th (two days from now). The UPS tracking number says that an adult 21+ must sign for it (which I am).

What is going to happen? Are they going to call me and tell me they can't deliver it to me? Are they going to ship it back to Sweden? Is there some chance that I will get my package despite living in Iowa (crosses fingers)?

Any advice on what I should do, or even can do, is greatly appreciated!

To be honest - I don't think anyone can answer that. There is a good chance it will get through and a small chance it might get returned. I have never heard of someone actually having their package returned though so I wouldn't worry about it yet.

buysnus has a good reputation and I am fairly sure that even if the package is returned they will do their best to take care of you.

Well I thought I would update on my situation. I guess it made it through customs and the scheduled delivery date is still tomorrow, 30 March.

You'll get your stuff tomorrow probably. As someone else here said the banned states aren't really banned, they just don't have the procedure in place for Northerner to remit the taxes. It's really only a problem with Northerner as far as I can tell.
