Arrested for selling snus to the EU

I saw something on Northerner's Facebook page that a competitor was arrested for selling snus to the EU. Has anyone heard any more details about this? It's starting to seem like we all might as well figure out an exit strategy. I am not going back to smoking I'll tell you that right now.
