        You know what, I understand shipping is slow and UPS is out of their control. But I do expect a little faster turnaround time to actually ship out the order, a UPS tracking number that actually works and somebody to respond to my tickets when I report that I havent received my order yet and the UPS number doesnt work. Northerner has failed on these accounts. Please bring back Fredrik!!!

            Northerner does great things for snus. There sight has very informative descriptions of the products, They are bringing snus to Brick and Mortar and the list goes on and on. They are even talking about having a day we can go to their wharehouse! That being said 2 weeks in unacceptable to wait for an order and it makes matters much worse when there is no one to call and they don't respond to "help desk" tickets. I feel for you guys and if that happened to me they would have little to no chance of getting my money again while there are still so many other options out there.

              I have a feeling that Northerner has become "Americanized" in that they can charge high prices and offer crappy service. Just like GM and Dodge, it will eventually catch up with them. I am sure that they are laughing at my help tickets because I am small potatoes and only spend about $60.00 every other month to get a roll of Gellivare. I know stuff happens but at least Fredrik was very easy to get in touch with and he also made up for any problems. Yes, your right in saying that there are a lot of other options out there. Fortunately, these options are even better as far as price and selection goes.

                This is a true statement.
                I love northerner, don't get me wrong. Their variety is nice. But i have been let down by them a couple times.

                        Dear All,
                        I'm out of office right now to visit our Mechanicsburg office in PA and a tobacco show. I just have to mention our prices because we are not more expensive. It's just that we collect state tax according to the Pact Act. Other vendors sell illegal untaxed tobacco, I've heard in the news that the US custom is looking into this right now and will stop it.

                        What worries me is that you say you don't get any reply from our customer support. Emma is working full time to respond to all emails. We have experienced before that some customers get a response but that it ends up in the spam filter. Have you checked your spam filter?

                                i placed a order with them two weeks ago its still not shipped when i ordered it every thing was in stock now its not you guys are starting to really piss me off customer service is not good takes forever to get a response. so i made a order with another place got it in two days.
