What's the error message? Their site would likely be better for support, I've never used them.

It's not a Skruf issue, but a NY issue. I don't think you're allowed to have tobacco in NY. You could try Buysnus.

No smoking in public places in NYC, no flavored tobacco. Highest tobacco taxes.. Cigarettes cost over $12 per pack.

Actually it's a Skruf issue guys, they have refused to register their product with the FDA, however NY still sucks.....that is all ;-)

That shouldn't affect SnusCentral though, should it? I thought they followed Buysnus' policies, which are barring embargo, or manufacturer request, you can get any snus available.

Yeah I would think this is an issue specific to NY... I believe there was some fuss a few weeks/months back about NY residents not being able to purchase snus online, although I can't remember the exact details. I believe it had something to do with new regulations with customs in that state specifically.

With regards to Skruf, while they haven't registered with the FDA and their products should not be available to us in the US, it is well known that you can still get them.

You guys may be right on this, but a ban on flavors wouldn't affect Skruf would it?

Define "flavors". As always, I assume the most restrictive, oppressive interpretation when the government's involved. It has rose oil, and you know how crazy the kids are over rose... :^S

Could be a glitch too, who knows. I'll bet tomorrow will shed a little more light on the subject. I'm pretty sure it's not a NY thing, otherwise I would have already heard about it from our NY retailers. They keep me in the loop on Bloomberg's stupidity normally. Also, I'll place a few calls tomorrow and find out ;-)
