What the heck is going on over at Northerner? Getting charged twice for tax?

Sorry, I mistyped. $47.90 is before tax. It's listed right on the site before you log in. How could they know your state tobacco tax before you log in? Try another vendor.

Edit: Regular Buysnus price is $42.81 for a roll of Onyx. Before tax. It's on sale now for $35.26. Northerner is expensive man.

I think that's a page design issue. I used PA(they don't have smokeless tax) when I got the numbers, and it's the same $47.90. I believe they're wrong by saying that includes tax. I don't know how you got snus so cheap previously. I may be wrong, but I don't think so.

Honestly, Northerner's web pages are a mess. They have a bunch of little issues that cause confusion. I' like to see some professional time put into them, and get the pages polished up.

Some will say because they want to support a US based retailer and others will throw the doomsday scenario that coming very soon they will be the only game in town because the other retailers are skirting the pact act rules and won't get away with it much longer, While other will claim they want to pay their State Tax and not risk getting hit later and so on ... It has always confussed me as to why anybody in the US would order from Northerner these days.... It ain't the old days anymore...

My opinion: The only reason Northerner will ever be the only game in town will be because Northerner is crying wolf ratting out the other Retailers...

I promote doomsday scenarios because I'm ****in' right. I virtually have a 100% track record here. Northerner isn't ratting out anybody. Do you really think BuySnus is some kind of edgy underground secret? Anyone that cares to know about them already does. It's only a matter of time before snus is popular enough, and the leeches in office figure they're losing enough money to pass legislation. It doesn't make a damned bit of difference what Northerner does, or doesn't do :^S

Funny thing is that I should be flooded with orders because of that. But I'm not. Whats wrong with people? Even the special order snus is buy one get one free.

Does the store require Java to view the inventory? As a rule, I surf with Java turned off. The only products which appear when I click the link for 'Buy online' are Jakobssons Mint Strong Portion, Odens Extra Stark Original Loose & Thunder Coola Extra Stark Strong Portion. I don't do strong or extra starks and gave up portions, because they too, are too strong (even minis). Since it didn't appear you had what I was looking for, I went elsewhere.

Onyx is expensive man, you should not be that surprised that a roll of it plus tax and shipping is over $90... I just did a mock order of it to NY and it was $86 and change.. NY has a 75% wholesale smokeless tax.
