snus.de - shipping time?

Hi,

I've ordered two rolls of snus from snus.de this Monday. The site says that snus will be shipped within 24 hours and both my rolls (Thunder Frosted and Montecristo) were in stock.

Its now Wednesday and I have no shipping confirmation, the site says that the snus is paid and the money has been withdrawn from my bank account.

How long is shipping time normally from snus.de and will I get a shipping confirmation when they ship my rolls?

I have twice tried to get in touch whit snus.de at contact@snus.de, but the do not answer.

I'm not sure you get a shipping confirmation from them. If by Swedish Post i hear it's a few days... and with UPS it's the same time i found after ordering from them a few times. They may not email you back immediately as maybe busy... i say: just hold on it'll be with you soon.

Jean I would hazard a guess your order will be shipped today and you receive a shipping confirmation late this evening.

I find usually my orders are shipped the day after I have placed them and I receive a shipping confirmation late in the evening on the shipping day. One of my orders took two days to disptach though (possibly as they were really busy?)

My order was made Monday. Perhaps they did send the snus yesterday. Otherwise I sure hope that they'll send my snus today.

I need my Montecristo for the weekend ;-)

Dang. It looks like I have to settle with lös snus this weekend - I was hoping to enjoy Montecristo at a music festival in my home town.

There are still no news from snus.de. And I think that they should remove the "ship in 24 hours" from there site when they cant even ship snus that are "in stock" in three days or more.

I don't think I will ever buy snus from snus.de again. Next time I will try snus2.se

I had a shipping confirmation this evening. :-) So maybe it will come Monday/Tuesday.

I've had no problems with them before when shipped with UPS. I guess they have been busy.

I'll try to keep the faith, but I really hate when companies promise to ship in 24 hours and the don't. And it doesn't make it better that the ignore email regarding orders.

Ansel waited five days before the goods was send and I have waited three. The site clearly says "Dispatch within 24h".

I hope that snus.de is as good as you guys says and that I will receive my snus sometime next week.

Update:

Still no words from snus.de - they do not answer emails and as I can see there are no phone number at there site.

I have just emailed them and asked if the can and will deliver - otherwise I will ask my bank to reimburse the full amount. I'm truly sad about this. I would love to buy snus at snus.de if the delivered or at least would email me with detail on why my snus is delayed. I'm not one of those customers who hates to wait. I only want to know why and at least get an answer on emails.

I hope that this is one of a kind case at snus.de and all you guys who love to shop there will receive your snus. Don't take this as warning when if you consider ordering snus from snus.de - I know there are a lot of happy snus.de customers here at snuson.

@Jean78 - Sorry to hear about your problems/frustration. I know I wouldn't be happy either.


@Jean78/Ansel - Just thinking about this I'm only ordering 4 cans a time by Swedish Post. I'm wondering whether larger orders by UPS take longer for them to process or something? Just trying to think why the service levels may vary person to person.
