I feel I owe a last update on my order at snus.de
First the positive:
1: I received my snus a couple of minutes ago and right now I'm enjoying a Thunder Frosted portion.
2: The snus is in perfect condition and was shipped secure in a bobble envelope.
Second the negative:
1: snus.de is the slowest company I have ever done business with. The site says "ships in 24 hours", but that's just words. It took five days before shipment. I've ordered snus "in stock". Second the shipping time is endless long. The shipping confirmation was in my inbox Friday evening and the snus was six days to get from Sweden to Denmark. I have ordered snus by Swedish Post some times now and I have never experienced more than two or three days waiting time. My guess is that snus.de send the shipping confirmation Friday and the snus Monday. There are no stamps on the envelope to back this up.
2: snus.de do not answer email. I have mailed five times to be sure that the would send the snus. Both at shop@snus.de and contact@snus.de and not once has the guys taken the time to answer my question. This is bad, very bad, customer service.
Next time I need to order snus I will try snus2.se instead. I don't now it it helps, but it's worth a try.
This in only on customers experience so please don't take this as a review of the site. I know there are plenty happy snus.de customers here at snuson. I'm just not one of them.
