    I sure hope the US thing gets worked out in April as they suggest....the selection is expanding in a good way....hell....even if they offered with a flat rate $10 shipping for US customers I would buy there all the time knowing it would be a week for receipt versus paying $30 and getting it in two days from other places.

        I've asked them a couple times via email about shipping to the US. I get the same response people got a year or so ago..."we're trying to get it set up by next month" or something along those lines...So I'm not holding my breath. Maybe if we bug them enough they'll start shipping to us.

            Without wishing to seem completely out of touch with other cultures ....

            That doesn't seem very Israeli - even though all the fuss about Easter started in that neck of the woods!

                  Yeah! I'll beleive it when I see it, I hope they do but it doesn't look promising as they said that about a year ago and said the same.....

                    I have has a complete nightmare with Snusline. My original test order arrived in 5 days which was great, I put in another slightly larger order as I was still uncertain. This was placed over a month ago and faed to arrive.

                    When I mailed Snusline they told me that it had been sent back to them and if I wanted to receive it I would have to pay another 10 euros for shipping ( there was no refund available) . I reluctantly agreed, thinking it was a annoying but better than losing out completely and this was over two weeks ago and this hasn't arrived either.

                    On both orders the tracking number did not work outside of Israel and the post had no idea where it would be.

                    So a month on, I have received no snus, they are no longer replying to my emails and I have paid extra for shipping for an item that still isn't here.
                    The customer service is a joke and the service is poor, I would rather pay more and know I will actually receive what i paid for.
                    Never again

                      It would have been sent back if your address wasnt correctly inputted or if you didnt pick up the package from the courier within the allotted time.

                      It sounds as if you went for the UPS option?

                        I just went for the regular post option but the address is correct and there was no tried to deliver notice. In fact I got it delivered to a hotel where all my other mail comes to and I have never had a problem before.

                          The hotel rings alarm bells for me. Sounds like the hotels accepted it and theyve innocently/incompetently lost it.

                                I will do, just don't want anyone to place a huge order for it not to turn up. I guess I am back to square one for a good online shop that delivers to the EU. I thought it seemed too good to be true.
