Right - I e-mailed them about an hour ago and I've got a reply - which is pretty darned good.
"Dear Paul thank you for your email.
The reason is that some few Odens model were unexpected delayed in production but is now confirmed shipped to our warehouse.
We are so sorry for the delay regarding some of the Odens models (which is not under our control) and your order will be shipped in some few days!"

Ok so an update on this. After having my first shipment sent back to them after waiting a month, they wouldn't refund my money so i had to pay an extra 10 euros to get it sent out again. I just got an email today saying this has also been sent back to them and I cannot get a refund on anything, even though they now have their snus back!
So basically after 2 months, I still don't have my snus and I have ben short changed by Snusline who refuse to pay anything back. Could have just burnt my money instead.
Fair enough the custom's isn't their fault but I feel they should at least return my money as they now have the snus back in their possession. Not happy.
