I'm certainly not suggesting that there's anything wrong with what your company is doing GN.

A good honest answer from the Snusline support would have been "We've been very cheap so far because we were new to the market and trying to establish ourselves as an online snus shop. Now we feel we've proved ourselves we feel that we can bring our prices more in line with our competitors"

Then I would completely understand ... but to blame the suppliers for a price increase when the price has not increased is just downright dishonest!
