Has anybody ordered from Swedishsnus.com AKA Swedish Match?

Their prices seem to be pretty low and their shipping rates fair.

How are their shipping times?

Freshness?

Customer Service?


I'm considering placing an order before their June 9, 2008 price hike.

I have ordered from them a few times, and have not had a problem yet. Usually it seems to take about 5 business days to get my snus no matter who I order from (Swedishsnus.com, BuySnus.com, or Northener.com). As far as freshness everything I have received has been well before the expiration date. One minorly annoying thing they do is place a sticker on each can with an English tobacco warning.
Price wise they are pretty good, shipping has always seemed to be a few dollars more than BuySnus.com when you order a roll or two, but you still save when you add the snus and the shipping together.
I have emailed them questions and sometimes I get an answer and sometimes I don't. They also don't let you know when the items have been shipped at least when you use standard shipping, although that has not been a problem so far.
So in my opinion right now they are the cheapest place to get Swedish Match snus and have been very reliable. However, I have yet to see anyone with better customer service than BuySnus.com.

I have pondered ordering from them, butr once I calculated the roll cost + hiked shipping cost, then figured in the 6th roll discount from Buysnus. Buysnus broke even (if not a buck or two cheaper). Buysnus also takes amazing care of their customers (amazing e-mail response rate, freebies with every order, etc). I'll keep my business with buysnus to give a few bucks to the "little guy".

I checked them out the other day and they were out of quite a few products and the prices were ALOT higher than from buysnus which is where i always order from.

And like stated above they have superior customer service and the freebies are nice.

I placed my first order and noticed i was charged for my order but i had no order listed on buysnus. I got scared and emailed them then went to bed. Got up around 8 am and checked my email and they said they did have my order and that it was shipped that morning. They replied 2 hours after the email i sent. Great customer service.

I am a loyal Buysnus customer, but will order from Northerner every few months. Both to get something Buysnus doesn't carry, and to make sure that i spread my money around a bit and make sure both stick around.

Swedish Match is THE major snus manufacturer. I see no reason why they need my help. I am not to keen on them trying to muscle out the distributors as well. That would only hurt the smaller manufacturers. So I will buy their products, but I will NOT buy directly from them.

Beginning July 1, 2008 we will not be able to ship snus directly to consumers in the state of VT.
The new bill prohibits shipments of tobacco to unlicensed individuals.

Just saw this on the Swedishsnus.com website.

I placed one order with them, specifically to try out the General wintergreen, and catch peppermint - neither of which seem to be available at buysnus or northerner. Then of course, I had to fill out my postage limit with N&J east and west!

The service was fine, delivery was within a week.

Haven't tried the catch peppermint yet, but the General wintergreen is... well... Minty. Everyone thinks I'm chewing gum when I've got one in. Very little tobacco flavor, but I do like it enough to have a portion a day.

btw, just did a dummy order on Buysnus, and it didn't have any problems with sending to Vermont
