Ya buysnus has always been great to me. Never had any problems with them and shipping has been amazing. Only little issue I had was they sent me two phantom los instead of two Knox los, but they sent me the Knox immediately after telling them and let me keep the Phantom even though I hate the stuff. Their prices are almost always a little cheaper then Northerner after you calculate shipping in so really they can't be beat.

Hi guys, I'm new here and new to snus but have been reading this forum for the past week and placed my first order on Buysnus 2 days ago.

When i registered something apparently was screwed up with their system and the website said "Welcome Steven" in the top left corner while logged in - which is not my name.
So i wrote them a little email basically just to tell them about it and less than an hour later they replied, said they are aware of the issue and that it is now fixed - and gave me a nice little 10% discount coupon for up to 3 rolls.
My order was also shipped within about 8 hours of placing it, which means so far - even without receiving my order yet I am quite happy with their service and speed.

I once had a tin go missing out of the envelope (it was a little torn so I think it probably just 'escaped' or was otherwise captured by a lucky mailman

However, e-mailed BS and they sent me 2 replacement tins to make up for the hassle!

BuySnus is the only store I use; I don't currently see a need to go with anyone else. The delivery times have been great, and the snus exp. dates are always satisfactory. I'll eventually try out Northerner mostly due to the fact that they sell other things besides snus.

I really only go to northerner to buy snus that buysnus does not sell that I'm interested in trying (Gellevaire, Roots, etc...).
