    What takes snuson so looong to process an order?

    Two full business days and my order is still prending. I really don't know the interworkings of the depot end of snuson but its hard to believe its taking you guys two whole days to put 4 cans of snus in a box and print a label for it.


    I'm sorry if this comes off as rude but I'm let down I won't have my order by the weekend

    I think they forgot about that part of the site months ago. They have had that same 5 can cola special running since last spring.

      Truthwolf has the truth here... As far as I know they hardly check the SnusOn shops.. Some people wait a few days, some wait weeks.. It depends on when they check it.
      Not to bring down SnusOn at all but you might want to check Northerners shop directly :-) Or send a mail their way.

        I asked about the shop yesterday and was told to be patient and that the person running it has been sick and is trying to catch up.

        My order said "shipped" for a couple of days, now has gone back to "pending."

        Prices on part of my order have gone down, too. Oh well.

          northerner is solely responsible for the snuson shop. Orders should be processed exactly like any of northerners other orders. You place your order here but verything else is done in the normal fashion at the northerner warehouse.
          Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......



          I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

            The snuson shop is intended to give snuson members a small break on price (____________________I left the blank there to give you time to stop laughing and rolling around on the floor................I know I know but every little bit helps.........so I'm not knocking it..............I'm also not planning an addition to the house with the money I save either........................Anyway)

            and the snuson shop is intended to give some special deals to snuson members from time to time

            But like PP said all orders go directly to Northerner and are filled by them.

              Let me add 2 things to my post

              First.................. Clint I am sorry your order has been delayed ...............I know how much that can sucks

              Second............as Mods we do our best to help get these issues resolved (now we are not Northerner customer service and we do not have the means to resolve these issues..................in other words your first contact should be with Northerner)........That said when we here reports like this we do try to put them in front of the right people who can help.

              Right now Clint lx has posted your op in the mod section in the hopes that the right folks will see it and take care of the issue for you

              My point is........I did not want my last post to sound heartless and like the mods don't care. We are just limited in what we can do in cases like this but we do what we can to help and more often than not it gets resolved very quickly.

              Keep us post Clint and we will continue to do what we can for you on our end.

                Wow i just ordered from it for the first time today since i rarely buy snus anymore. I hope my order gets through It also didnt give me the 5% discount it said it would. I didnt post so many non-snus related posts for nothin! Lol
