Ordering from northerner/swedish-snus from US to Canada

I ordered dip and Pioneer los from the US Northerner/Swedish-snus.com warehouse, It was shipped on september 6 and 7th in two shipments. Today is September 24th and neither shipments have arrived yet. I emailed their customer support , and they told me there was some delays. Anyone else have any experience orderng from US to Canada ? Thanks !

I ordered from the US site once. It was a roll of dip and a plug of Levi Garret. As i remember there was a co siderable delay, like three weeks or so. When it finally arrived I had to pay like $14 in duty. Ever since then i've stuck with snus and haven't had many delays, save a day or two when orders have been stuckin customs.
