After my order came in scratched and busted to hell, I sent an email to northerner as some of you suggested. I clearly stated that it arrived in a different package than what they usually use to send their orders in and that the problem was most likely not their fault. They agreed that the problem was most likely not their fault as they wouldnt let something out of stock in that condition, then told me to send them a list of everything damaged to be replaced!!! They are even replacing the can of ginger/lime that came with my order even though I didnt order it. I dont care how good prices are somewhere else or if something great is available elsewhere. This business knows how to make customers happy and reconciled a situation for me that was clearly not their fault. I'm actually shocked they did this after i clearly stated it was not their fault and that I just wished to make them aware of the situation. I also sent an email off to UPS to let them know that my order was in a different box than what is usually sent out from the company and that most of my items were damaged
Northerner has my business for life.

I had a similar experience with BuySnus.com (MaKe Webo owned storefront)
I've been reluctant to try Northerner based on a lot of negative reviews, but I've been hearing some positive things lately.

I feel a lot of these companies are following a business practice that most people dont anymore. "It is cheaper to keep a customer than to find a new one" Cell phone companies do this a fair bit but really it makes sense. I would have probably bought from northerner still but the fact that they are going to replace something that isnt their fault at all, is astounding and assures i will go back to them time and time again.
