    Northerner has my business for life.

    After my order came in scratched and busted to hell, I sent an email to northerner as some of you suggested. I clearly stated that it arrived in a different package than what they usually use to send their orders in and that the problem was most likely not their fault. They agreed that the problem was most likely not their fault as they wouldnt let something out of stock in that condition, then told me to send them a list of everything damaged to be replaced!!! They are even replacing the can of ginger/lime that came with my order even though I didnt order it. I dont care how good prices are somewhere else or if something great is available elsewhere. This business knows how to make customers happy and reconciled a situation for me that was clearly not their fault. I'm actually shocked they did this after i clearly stated it was not their fault and that I just wished to make them aware of the situation. I also sent an email off to UPS to let them know that my order was in a different box than what is usually sent out from the company and that most of my items were damaged

    I had a similar experience with BuySnus.com (MaKe Webo owned storefront)

    I've been reluctant to try Northerner based on a lot of negative reviews, but I've been hearing some positive things lately.

    I might try an order with Northerner one of these days.

      I feel a lot of these companies are following a business practice that most people dont anymore. "It is cheaper to keep a customer than to find a new one" Cell phone companies do this a fair bit but really it makes sense. I would have probably bought from northerner still but the fact that they are going to replace something that isnt their fault at all, is astounding and assures i will go back to them time and time again.

        I ordered a roll of Julesnus last week from Northerner and had my tracking number a few hours later. Shipped same day. They seem to have fixed the 2-3 days to ship out issue. Thankfully!!!

          I buy from them but I have to say that I have been waiting weeks for the Fladder that was on my order... I keep hoping it will show up but as of now... no luck...

            Still shows OOS. Gotlandssnus is a pretty small maker. Some allowances have to be given for running behind schedule. Their sales have increased dramatically over the last couple years, and they're probably in the difficult position of being a bit too small for demand, but not quite big enough to upsize.

                Id use them again if it hadn't taken 2 weeks to process my last order. And they left out two cans of onyx. But they did admit to that and sent me thunder frosted loose like I requested.

                I guess its a love hate thing.

                  Thanks for the regards. I relaly do feel welcome here and enjoy your guys sense of humor here. I find this site a great place to relax and read on a weekend or during a day off of school or work. I really wish they had the loose christmas snus in stock the flavor description sounds incredible. And for people that have had problems with them its very common in every business. But the snus industry is in a bit of an awkard position Snus has gained in popularity recently in the U.S. But will it stay that way? Is snus just a fad? Will congress make it harder and more expensive to get? They are in a strange state where theyw ill be screwed financially if they decide to expand but then see a decrease in sales
