I am also Brazilian and have been snusing for a few months now.
I have bought it from snusline a few times and had no issues at all. Shipping is not that fast, but it works. All orders arrived within 3-4 weeks and there were no problems at customs (nor taxes). Always small orders (1-3 cans).
