    Favorite Nasal Snuff Poll

I've been using nasal snuff about four years now and I think I've sampled almost everything out there. My go to is usually Poschl Gletcher Prise from Germany. Just for fun, check which county you usually favor for snuff and in the body of your post, list your go too.

I have found Wilsons of Sharrow to be my all around preferred brand. Toque is good as well but I just prefer Wilsons. Toque has a great 10 for the price of 9 deal which is a great way to get a good sampling of flavors to find out what you like. If you find you like toasts then might as well give the American Scotches a try.

I selected Dutch due to the several Molens snuffs I reach for all the time.

However, it was very hard since HDT is still my favorite snuff.

I guess it was 1 favorite vs many top notch go to snuffs that swung the balance over to the Dutch

Edit: I see while I was writing this Eric was posting pictures of what they will serve after dinner in heaven............a full tin of HDT..............simply divine

I don't use nasal snuff now really, it tends to block my nose. I was lucky that the guys on snuffhouse directed me hither and I got into snus. When I did use snuff my favourite snuff was McCrystal's Original & Genuine, made literally 30 minutes walk from my house, in the city

                  British for me.

Overall, Toque is my favorite snuff maker. Lime toast, Natural Toast and Spanish Gem are heavy favorites in my rotation.

Samuel Gawith Rappes and F&T Santo Domingo round out my rotation.

And a big jar of Hedges when I am sick....

Special mention Molens snuffs and Sternecker snuffs. They are more special treats than anything else though.

German for me. I love schmaltzers, and I'm also fond of menthol, but in the toned down German style. Bernard is my favorite manufacturer, and it would be grand if they took the time to jump through the FDA's hoops so it would be available here over the counter.

                    Edit:
If I could have only ONE snuff, it would be McCrystals O&G. It seems go with everything, and I dig the complex warm menthol. If I were to use snuff full time, as opposed to a diversion from snus, my single would probably be either HDT, or Tube Rose. While I like menthol, I think it would be too much doing it all day long. I'd like something plainer for all day use.

British, especially Irish Toasts- my nose complies best with (mostly) natural dry snuffs.

                      Cheers!

Arrggh! I can only pick one country? Oh, well, then I'll have to say I prefer British snuffs, although the truth is much more complex.

Well, it pretty much has to be British for me. I've only tried German snuffs for Schmalzlers, and while I really like Schmalzlers, British snuff accounts for 95% of my intake. I'm a Toque and Wilson's guy for the most part, although F+T High Dry Toast is the bomb.

Yeah, ya know what, if F+T's HDT is dessert in Heaven? I'm gonna have to start going to Mass a lot more regularly.
