I find that the Odens Extra Stark kanel tends to look all wet like yours, but I've never had that with the classic (normal strength). The last batch I bought seemed all wrong when I bought them. They seemed too dry and didn't have that flavour I expect from the old fashioned Odens range - but after a week or 2 they were back to the dripping wet portions I was used to even though the cinnamon flavour remained a bit subdued.

I'm pretty sure there have been issues with manufacture as this product has often been out of stock for long periods of time recently. Add to that the confusion over which snus is made by GN and which by Gajane and whether they're really the same and if you're going to get the same product in a different tin or a different product in the same tin then buying this snus is a bit like russian roulette.

I don't want to shout loudly as all-in-all it's one of my favourite snuses that I can still get in the UK and the worst thing that could happen is that they stop making it altogether. When it's good it is a lovely robust snus and direct from odens it's an absolute bargain.
