My first 2 order with them were a disaster. Firstone my credit card number got stolen. Shook it off as a stroke of bad luck. Second time my order arrived in a different than usual box with all the contents severely damaged. They replaced it in 2 days but yeah i put in an order Thursday I believe and I have yet to receive that it has been shipped. I would have rather payed full price for the 3 rolls of nearly expired and get it here in a timely fashion. I don't believe theres any drastic snow storms here in the U.S so i dont see why this would take so long once its out of the warehouse so it seems to be internal. Perhaps the "nearly expired" ran out so we'll all be getting random rolls

This is the kinda stuff that stopped me from ordering from them after PACT. It took them close to six months to get their act together it seemed. The delay very well could be because although it may have been in stock when you placed your order they may have run out before it was packed and shipped. Go back and see if its still in stock. If it is then there is an internal problem which can easily occure with a company that is growing so quickly. Let them know. If part of your order is out of stock just contact them and they will send out the partial order now and when the rest gets in stock they will ship that out right away. Also, I believe they ran out of the expired snus a few days ago. You should be getting fresh snus if you ordered the "soon to expire snus". The free shipping was really nice. Out of the 5 rolls of the almost expired snus ordered from northerner, 4 were offroad coola white portion and the sole roll of los i ordered was phantom brown. Based on what seems to be a number of people receiving offroad and the expiration dates being the end of march, it seems as though it was a ploy to unload this particular snus, though of course I could be wrong. The los seems to vary between various V2 products, I'd be interested in hearing if anyone has experienced variability in their portion orders.
The issue I take is that someone ordering 5 rolls of mystery snus, should not simply be sent the same variety for all 5 rolls. Sure that's their right, but in my opinion it shows a lack of concern for their consumer base. One or two rolls I could see, but to make all 4 rolls of portions the ****ing same, comprised of what I think most would consider a niche snus? That to me says, I need to unload this product, I don't give a **** if they'll enjoy it . Don't get me wrong, upon placing the order, I was expecting the vast majority to be offroad or of a similar lesser-priced brand, and at this price point I would have expected only the least expensive snus, and would have been fine with that, provided one of the rolls was eucalyptus or licorice or something. That said, I'm officially done with Northerner. I've given them plenty of chances and they let me down every time. Now if you'll excuse me, I have 960 portions of cola snus to consume.Comment

Mine was 18 on a 13 dollar order. That is just stupid. The tax should be just normal sales tax end of story. Shit we should be getting a rebate check for switching to a safe tobacco. Their interest is worse than a mafia loan shark. But of course what they do is legal. I'm still pissed about it.Comment

It's times like these that I'm glad I live in TN--I placed an order for a couple rolls of snus during the free shipping sale, and I had a grand total of $1.90 in taxes placed on the order. With such low taxes here, Northerner's the way to go when it comes to buying snus instead of paying >$20 for shipping at BuySnus and SnusCentral.Comment

just got an email that my order has been shipped. Should mean it'll get here Saturday which will be perfect for me to make sure to be home to sign for it first attempt. I'll be sure to let everyone know what i got, but i must say i'll probably rip through the can of jule befor ei open anythign else if its as god as i imagine
