Do I understand this right?

I went online to make an order and it appears as though Northerner is actually cheaper now? I'm sure this has been discussed but I was without the internet (fortunately not without snus) for seven months.
I was lucky enough to have about 60 cans in the freezer when all Hell broke lose for me but my supply is about gone. Is that actually the case now? I am not complaining I'd just like to make sure it is what it appears to be.
This was easier to figure out when I first started and I knew I didn't know anything. Now the knowledge I think I have is making it hard to sit back and make an objective desicion. Basically what I'm asking is should I just go ahead and order from Norhterner or are there still other problems like orders not being shipped due to items being out of stock?

I would go ahead and order from them. The overwhelming majority of orders I have placed through Northerner went through without any problems. Every now and then Northerner will have a "hiccup" and your order will be significantly delayed. This can be due to stuff like new legislation or promotions involving free shipping. Those "hiccups" are infrequent and you will get your order eventually. By the looks of Northerner's Facebook page, they are constantly trying to improve customer service and their response times to any issues. The nice thing is that you are helping keep snus in the USA when you order form Northerner as they have a warehouse here, pay taxes and comply with PACT. If snus ever become popular, it will be just a matter of time before you will not be able to get it overseas without great expense. Also, Northerner is committed to snuson.com and it's members. My only recommendation is to place your orders before you get low on snus. That way you will be able to ride out any delays.

I order from them and never have issues any more. Go for it, they've cleaned their act up a lot.
