I feel very let down by Northerner - be careful!

    So here's my unsolicited opinion on the Northerner situation. I Had not ordered from Northerner for my last 2 oredrs due to the fact I could get my snus cheaper and faster from other sources. Well I took advantage of the free shipping for 2 orders over the last promotion. First order was awesome and the big half. It also got me enough points to fulfill my club 100 that had been languishing for quite sometime. Anyways back to the second order which is 1 free roll and one paid for with free shipping. My thoughts were I just received 4 rolls and can wait this out if it goes wrong..... Well... I'm still waiting which isn't a problem at this point but it's been a month and I check the status or availability of the 2 rolls on a daily basis. Well 2 weeks ago both rolls were in stock albeit temporarily. This is where I believe they run into problems. If you have multiple rolls on order and they get some in of one but there are others who are waiting longer for that one and you don't get it then by the time you come up for that one the one they did have is no longer available, so on and so forth. They really need to start shipping partial orders and stuff wouldn't get held up the way it does. That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it......... And truth be told tho I don't need these two rolls that fast seeing more deeply into the issues behind the problems and how easily they could be fixed, I won't be ordering from them again given other more expedient options even if they cost a tad more which wouldn't have been much or any if I made a 60 can order from a swedish shop..... i will just make bigger orders when need be.... I really wanted them to be good but as far as I can tell the way they're doing business it can't be........

      So the shipping time from the Northerner's US warehouse to the UK is just over 3.5 months or 110 days or approximately a third of a year.

      There was no date on the package at all so I don't know if it was the original order or a replacement that was sent. That being said the expiry date on the Pioneer is 25th April and I have tried it and it still seems moist and acceptably fresh - it also contains the liquorice type flavour that people are saying the latest batch has so I don't think it can be the order sent out in Nov (the flavour is caraway to my nose by the way).

      The moral of the story ... I don't know really - but Rick - thanks for any help you gave me in receiving the order.

      I made another order on 19th Feb which I predict will arrive some time around midsummer on that form.
