    Only got 10 of 40 tins from buysnus.com Whats my move?

    Ordered first time from buysnus.com b/c I was having trouble getting orders shipped to WI USA and got my package today and only 10 of my 40 tins were in the small package. What's my best recourse to get the rest of my shipment? I've contacted customer service but no reply yet. Any input would be welcome, thanks!

    I'm not sure, but it's possible they are sending your order separately (so that customs won't take it or something..). Sounds very strange if they are not though, especially when you're in the US.

      Nothing else. Their CS should get you straight. Just be patient.

        Sounds good. The shipment I got was of 10 random tins I ordered and I didn't receive my bulk 30 Thunder Frost so maybe that is the case. I'd assume if there was a mix-up they'd be able to tell the weight of the shipment I received is way off what 40 tins would be.

          I ordered a roll of Onyx on December 22. Still not here.No letter from customs yet. I contacted BuySnus and they told me that orders to Australia and Switzerland have been very slow.
          Not good enough!! They also sent the order in a single package by mistake. I think I'll get my Snus elsewhere from now on.

            Times have changed..............I think companies should start offering a $2 insurance option at check out.

            Most packages will arrive no problem. The $2 will simply cover the ones that are lost or ridiculously detained. That way the company can re ship the order without loss of profit and the customer can have a guarantee for his order.

            Those who do not wish to spring for the $2 roll the dice on their order. If it does not arrive…..they eat the loss

              In principle that is an excellent idea. At the moment it is all based on trust, which I suppose is the same basis that all other online businesses operate under. Would it not however open up a kind of customer scam where people would get their order and think "what the hell, I'm insured" and claim they didn't get it?

                It's 3:42am in Sweden now so I wouldn't expect a response for 4-5 hours until someone is there. Email Sabine at order@BuySnus.com and she'll take care of you!

                  So I got a response and was disappointed to say the least...

                  thank you for your message - we have checked the packaging video and all ordered cans have been included:
                  10 x Thunder Wintergreen
                  5 x Jakobssons Mint Strong
                  5 x Jakobssons Wintergreen
                  20 x Thunder Frosted Mini

                  Please make sure that - if the package received only contained 10 cans - it does not stem from a different order at a different store?

                  I took a picture of the package they sent me (just one sleeve in plastic UPS plastic to show them it's impossible for more than even 10 tins to be in the shipment. Hopefully they respond but I have a feeling they are going to screw with me. I noted that I had not made any other snus purchases so that idea was not correct and the weight has to be off on the order (it says shp wt 1.0kg dwt 0.5 kg)

                      I didn't know they take video of the packaging process for each order. Must be a high def camera to be able to see which order is which. Or do they label each portion of the video of which order it is? Seems time consuming. When I did a big order they sent it in a big box. Probably showing them what they sent it in like you said will prove it. Make sure the label shows it was from them visible in the pic.

                          That proves it right there.. I believe if its more than one package each package has its own tracking number, if you only received one tracking number there you go..

                            Got another reply. This one was better.

                            Dear Tyler,
                            thank you for getting back to us and providing the pictures, which was very helpful! The invoice note on the package clearly shows that 40 cans should have been inside the package (LAJ2572 40), but the package format is that of a roll.
                            We do in fact film the picking of every single order, as our widely known generous replacement and resending policies had led to a rising number of unsubstantiated claims in the past.
                            We will therefore have to investigate at what point (on the short way between picking and sealing) the cans that were missing from order, got "lost".
                            Another package containing those cans will be sent first thing tomorrow morning and we hope that they will reach you very soon. We will add some free cans to hopefully make up for the inconvenience caused.
                            Please accept our sincere apologies for the mistake made and rest assured that we will investigate this matter, in order to find out what happened and make sure that it will not happen again.
                            In case of any further questions, please do not hesitate tocontact us again any time!
