    Identical Inventories and Prices

So, because I don't like to pay more than I have to, I did an inventory of the shipping costs listed for buying one can of snus at all the major snus warehouses.

    Snus Central - $28.75
    Premium snus - $28.75
    buy snus - $28.75
    Northerner - $13.56
    Get Snus - $13.56
    Snus.com - $13.56
    Snusbutiken - $13.56
    Snus direct - $31.91
    My snus - $32.11
    Snus express - $38.49

This is useful because now I now where to shop and where to pass by. I was curious about the identical prices, and did some inventory comparison. I found that within each price group, the listings are exactly the same. Same categories, same product, same prices, etc. I concluded that each distributor is selling from multiple websites.

Does anyone know why they would want to do this? Seems to me like a waste of money.

Northerner is cheaper for a couple cans, but if you have a large order, they will be more expensive, as their shipping cost goes up, as does the tax.

I really which some neurotic person would graph out the price functions so we could see which places are cheaper depending upon the number of cans you order...

The final cost depends on which state/country you live in. Ever since MaKe WeBo raised their shipping rates, Northerner is cheaper for me. Keep in mind Northerner charges tobacco taxes. In my state, smokeless tobacco taxes are low, so it's more cost effective for me to order from Northerner.

If you decide to order from Northerner, I'd highly recommend purchasing their Flatpack Rolls; it's substantially cheaper than buying a "roll" the traditional way.

          I.e.

          Flatpack Roll: General Portion, $36.33

          Traditional Roll: General Portion, $40.20
