Online Ordering and Taxes/Duty to US

I've never bought snus online before, and am finally looking at doing it, since it looks like a few websites new offer Skruf Stark to the US (last time I checked, Northerner didn't). I'm not a very frequent snuser, so I can't afford to buy in bulk, so any additional fees will cripple me. I know the topic of duty has come up on here before, but just wanted to get a feel for how things are currently.

I think I read somewhere that when a dealer uses UPS, UPS will charge duty? Is this after I've made my purchase, or is this included in the price I pay to websites such as buysnus? Do I need to worry about duty being charged after shipped to me, or is it an honor system thing where I have to voluntarily step forward and pay taxes to my state? (I'm in Washington Sate, BTW).

ALSO, if I am ordering 1 roll, or less, what is the cheapest/best website to go with?

Cheers for the replies and help.

Buysnus says they cover all duty fees. You're still liable for taxes, and are expected to report your purchase. For cheapest, make up an order, and check a few sites. It'll vary depending on what state you live in.

    Welcome to SnusOn!
