    I guess some shops just don't care about customers

    First of all I'm not using this space to bash on anyone, I'm not that type of person and I don't feel this forum supports it either. I'm just relaying my recent experience with Premium Snus and why I will not be shopping with them again.

    I have shopped with premium snus numerous times and always received fast shipping and fresh snus problem free until now.

    On March 4th I placed a combination order of portions and loose, it wasn't a huge order, it was mainly an order to keep my number of cans at a comfort level in case of a zombie outbreak. I received the order on March 7th and upon opening it I saw that instead of getting Jakobsson's Wintergreen I got General Wintergreen. I immediately used the "contact us" link provided on their webpage and advised them of the mix up. I never received a response. On March 11th I sent an email this time, and again not a single response. So basically I got stuck with a cheaper product, but charged for the more expensive one.

    I'm not saying everyone should stop ordering from Premium Snus, but if there is a problem with your order good luck getting a response. It's ultimately your money, do as you wish, but I will be spending mine somewhere else.

    they should exchange your snus/send you another roll

    Northerner has once sent me a roll of Ettan Loose instead of Ettal OP -

    Eventually they sent me another free roll, and I got to get the loose as well.

      I'm not asking for a free roll or anything like that, but I would accept it and be grateful. I would be perfectly satisfied just getting what I ordered and paid for, but I can't get a response from them at all. I'm pretty much over it, and will be more than happy to spend my money elsewhere. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up, that if you end up in the same situation good luck getting a reply.

      If Mr. UPS shows up at my house with my snus then I would be more than willing to say that I jumped the gun and publicly apologize, but to be honest I don't see that happening.

        you know shit happens in any business, unfortunately I've heard too many mistakes from online retailers - it's just impossible to get so many orders messed up

        probably they don't have enough people handling the orders

        anyways, a business only looses its customers like that - and you're probably one of them.

        Northerner has played fair though, and sent me a free roll for their mistake for which I'm grateful ;-) and continued to place small orders now and then. (however they're very expensive and to date I still don't understand the taxes - why a can of snus costs $5 and I end paying double for it.

          Here is to hoping you have to apologize....... It can take weeks sometimes for over seas orders to materialize. That being said, it would be nice for some sort of correspondence.........
