I recieved an order from Odenssnus.com last thursday. I ordered 30 cans, which included 13 cans of Odens Extreme los. Instead of 13 cans of extreme los, i only recieved 5. Now i know mistakes can and do happen, no problem. I then sent an email that thursday to explain to Alberto at Odens and recieved no reply. I then tried to contact Fredric at Odens and recieved no reply. I also sent GN two pm,s last friday and he hasn,t even replied back to me.
Ive always had a good experience shopping at Odenssnus.com and Alberto and Fredric have always been very helpful, even GN has helped out with people here that have problems ordering at Odens, so i can,t understand it? As a loyal customer i,m very dissapointed with Odenssnus.com right now, not about the Snus, but with the fact they chose to ignore my emails, and at least acknowlege the situation and i hope that this is not the way that they are going to conduct their buisiness from now on, because i always thought GN and Odens cared about their customers, but maybe i am wrong? i hope i am. I hope there,s an explanation as to whats happened that will prove to me that they do care.
