    Odenssnus.com, ........A Happy Ending!!

    I recieved an order from Odenssnus.com last thursday. I ordered 30 cans, which included 13 cans of Odens Extreme los. Instead of 13 cans of extreme los, i only recieved 5. Now i know mistakes can and do happen, no problem. I then sent an email that thursday to explain to Alberto at Odens and recieved no reply. I then tried to contact Fredric at Odens and recieved no reply. I also sent GN two pm,s last friday and he hasn,t even replied back to me.
    Ive always had a good experience shopping at Odenssnus.com and Alberto and Fredric have always been very helpful, even GN has helped out with people here that have problems ordering at Odens, so i can,t understand it? As a loyal customer i,m very dissapointed with Odenssnus.com right now, not about the Snus, but with the fact they chose to ignore my emails, and at least acknowlege the situation and i hope that this is not the way that they are going to conduct their buisiness from now on, because i always thought GN and Odens cared about their customers, but maybe i am wrong? i hope i am. I hope there,s an explanation as to whats happened that will prove to me that they do care.

    ~~~ I'm sure GN will get on this shortly.

    I've seen GN on the forum lately, I wonder why he hasn't responded to your PM's he's usually very helpful when it comes to customers.

      I've not seen him since last week, and the guy PM'd him friday, so my guess is it's still in the inbox. As for the emails, im sure it will be sorted soon

          Bill.............IMHO.........MR. GN likes you very much........just from what I can tell from reading the many threads

          Personally..........I have never had much luck with the email on the Odens' site......My bet is that GN answers your PMs with in the week ................and all is made right

          Breathe deep.........and give it a bit...........bet the Ol dog is right on this one

            Certainly you are correct SD. Bill you have nothing to worry about mate. I think that Dear Mr. GN gets pulled in different directions every single day and has to deal with whats most important to GN tobacco as a priority. I know his PM box will fill up sometimes untill he gets a chance to go thru all the PMs and get things straightened out. He will be along soon to fix your issue and cheer everyone else up with his posts.

            OTOH he does have a life just like all the rest of us. God forbid there was a family emergency or something on that order. He will be back and all will be well. If you are almost out or completely out of snus let me know and I will fix you up.....on the house, as good will towards you and Dear Mr. GN.
            Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......





            I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

              Bill, I can guarantee you that this is an innocent oversight. I don't think GN reads my own PM's on this site - he must get bombarded. He was here yesterday and I think when he sees this thread he'll be mortified. I'm personally a bit concerned that you're not getting an answer from www.odenssnus.com but I'm sure when GN hears about this he'll be on it.

                Thanks very much for the offer PP, but i,m ok for Snus brother. Also thanks Snusdog and Frosted. I understand GN has a life and can be very busy, I know and accept that. I also hope he and his family are well. I,ve also said many times in the past how grateful myself and others are at GN starting up Odenssnus.com to help us out here in Europe with the ban. That can never be taken away, and I've said before i will be forever grateful.
                But at the same time, for a company, it,s only common courtesy to reply to your customers when they have a problem. That's what upset me and the reason i started the thread. And it seems it was noticed. I recieved an email today from Alberto at Odenssnus.com saying that there was a mix up with the order and that they are going to send me a roll of Extreme Los and two samples of Odens wintergreen and cinnamon free of charge. Thank you Alberto and GN. I really do appreciate it.

                  Bill the problem is that Alberto and his wife having baby and only Alberto knows how to fix orders and mails from them i hopped it will not take this long time but as you see but anyways it is fixed for now and it was not Alberto who answered to you Alberto will not be available at list 2 weeks

I apologise sincerely to you brother but when I recieved no emails from Alberto or Fredric at Odennsnus.com and no response from you I didn't know what to think. Did you not get my pm's GN?
