Northerner order to Canada havent arrived yet

Hello all!

I made an order with Northerner on the 27th of April. The order was shipped in two packages , one was sent out on the 27th , and the other on the 30th. I received the 30th package last week , but the 27th package havent arrived as of yet. i never had a problem with Canada post or Northerner in terms of delivery, but could the new Coffee pouches ave caused the problem ? The 30th order had a can of Jackobssons portion and Red Bull snuff , and the 27th package had the coffee pouches and 5 cans of snus. Anyone else had a problem ?

I've waited over three weeks a couple of times. It sounds like both your packages may be held up in customs

I contacted them and they said that a system error on the 27th preventd orders (mine is one of them) from getting shipped.

Hi,
im new to the forum btw.
I just got my first snus order from northener yesterday, and i live in Montreal (Quebec).
It took about 2 weeks to arrive and i had to pay custums/duty, whatever its called.
For 2 cans of snus worthing 8$ both, they charged me 16$, i was like, wtf!!
I hope that if i make another order i wont be charged again by custums.
