Firstly I am glad to see this forum exists.
I just joined this site today because I think I may have some trouble with www.northerner.com. I have been living in China for about 5 years and usually bring my chew back from the u.s.a when I visit for business. However recently I have been making fewer trips to the states and am forced to order online.
Here is my issue:
I ordered about $300 dollars worth of chew (60) cans for the first order to see how it goes. they withdrew the money from my credit card but the order is still pending. I have wrote to them twice regarding the status of my order and have no heard a reply. They say their average response time is 5 hours but, its been 2 days and i have heard nothing.
I ordered from the u.s. store.
has anyone had a similar experience?
does anyone else have chew sent to China from northerner?
