    Getting snus in Vancouver, Canada

I'm half Norwegian half Canadian, living in Norway and visiting in Canada for the next 4 weeks. Well whats the problem? I ran out of snus. I've phoned all around the city to tobacco specialists and swedish speciality stores. No one can help me. On the way here, I lost my wallet together with my visa card. It'll take atleast another week before the new visa card arrives, but I might get the card information a bit sooner. I tried ordering on snus world wide through a bankdraft (norwegian net bank) however, I have no confirmation that the money arrived, even though the bank says it was sent. I have not been able to contact them through phone, mostly because of time difference. Not only that, but I'm 18, and the age limits for everything in Vancouver is 19. If the post office IDs, I'm really screwed. The only thing to calm me down are the Canadian cigarettes which have up to 2.9 in nicotine content. What I'm looking for is help, some way to order snus directly from the US or Alberta (I heard they're test marketing it there). That way I can get it in 2 or 3 days instead of a week or two. Or just someone in the area thats willing to sell me some (I'll pay 12$ for a pack of Swedish strong snus).

Nobody retails Swedish snus in Canada. Make an order with your credit card to buysnus.com. Don't order more that 6 cans, and you'll get through customs no problem. The snus comes in a discreet brown padded envelope.
You won't get carded at the post office for snus.

    Happy snussing!

****in' aye! Thanks a lot for that info, what a relief. A couple days ago I bank transferred money to my friend in Norway who bought it for me with a credit card. It was sent approximately 48 hours ago. It says 2 - 5 days to Europe, 3 - 7 days US and 7 - 14 days rest of the world. But why would something go faster to the US then Canada? How long does it take you to get it The Cook?

It takes usually 8 business days to get to me here in Ottawa. You may receive the snus in your mailbox, or you may be required to pay tax/duty on the snus (13-16$ for 5 tins) and pick it up at the post office.
