Just another "I am really pissed at Getsnus (Northerner) service thread

You'd think after the last debacle I had with Getsnus and their poor stocking of product I would learn a lesson. Just an FYI to everyone. If you place an order and they hold it up for any reason, they don't bother taking 30 seconds to email you that there is a hold up.

If I ran my business this way I would not only be out of business, but out of a job.

Just want to rant that even 5 days after placing an order for ALL in stock items, it still hasn't shipped.

My suggestion... Order from Buysnus. At least they ship quickly and contact me if there are any issues. Another one is Snusdirect.com

I had an issue with their website and just didn't complete my order and I got an email the next day from someone there asking me if there was a problem.

That's customer service.

Getsnus Hmmm! I thought they were defunct,unreliable and out about a year ago anyway... At least I haven't heard of anyone ordering through them for a long time anyway.... I know they went through northerner, But why not just order through Northerner...

If I were anyone ordering I would go through snuscentral for the freshest snus anywhere and no damn stickers... Oh! and the best customer service of any web store.....

I have to take up for Northerner I had an issue with an order a couple weeks ago and their customer service more than made up for it with me. Amy I think it was.

when you consider the % of volume versus the % of problems for both outfits I would say northerner has way less problems. As many of you know I order alot of snus. I would say that I have equal problems with northerner as I do with buysnus. I stopped buying from getsnus when northerner bought them out and the free shipping stopped at getsnus. I use northerner most and I buy whatever I can't get from them I get from buysnus. works for me.

For all we know Getsnus is in the same building and operates alongside of northerner now. I consider getsnus and northerner one in the same. Good luck

hmm. I still use GetSnus, never have a problem. Although I really only use Thunder products. Gets to me fast is the reason. Doesn't the Snuson webshop use the same USA wherehouse as GetSnus?

I thought Northerner bought getsnus and it is now the USA warehouse. Does not really matter because neither will sell to me in Maryland so it is a mute point, I have had very poor service since the big N stepped into the picture. I consider not being able to buy from them a positive thing, although I do have great respect for rickcharles. It probably has something to do with them having a monopoly on the USA business, they have always seem to act like they were somewhat indifferent to their customers. I do think there are much better alternatives. But the glory days of fast cheap snus is over, you do still get fast, but no more cheap shipping or snus, and you get less of them too. That is SAD.

BuySnus was the first online shop I used when I first discovered snus. Excellent customer service, fast delivery.

I haven't used the online shops since snus was introduced to Washington, and I never got to try Northerner... Maybe I'll redeem my points for a roll of Ettan (that's one brand that's not available in WA). That, and Göteborgs Rape.

When was the last time there was a "problems with buysnus" thread? I've been a customer for 4 years and never once has my order not arrived within 72 hours, complete with everything I ordered; nothing more, nothing less. I am surprised that people even still complain about Northerner's customer service. Everyone should know by now what they are getting into placing an order with them, based on the threads here at snuson alone. The Northerner complaint threads are a dime a dozen.

... and if they screw up the order for any reason, they'll correct it immediatley. I've only had this happen to me once, but all orders after that were consistent.

I've had nothing but a positive experience from Northerner. I've ordered from them many times and each time I had great service.

+1 for SnusCentral as well. Great shop, and great service. I had a box break open during transit and 1/3 of the contents were missing. They had a package sent out to replace the cans that I lost. Very cool considering they didn't have to do that.

if I may. 7 maybe 8 weeks i made another order in GetSnus, and nothing arrived. I complained, so they gave standard answer "we sorry" im thinking where's seller resposibility after they take your money? whatever. im bit dissapointed with them.

I've never had a problem with Northerner in the 2+ years I've been snusing. I've ordered from Buysnus and Premimum Snus also, but being in PA, It's not worth it to pay for UPS from Sweeden @ $30 an order, when I only pay about $12-14 for Northerner.
