I know some people have had bad experiences with them, but they done something pretty cool for me. I had some Olde Ving that apparently got backordered. They shipped the rest of my order, and told me that they didn't know when they would have more. They asked if I wanted to trade up for something else. I told them 5 cans Probe and 5 cans Ettan white. They gave it to me, and shipped it for free.

I hear a lot of bad things about northerner and have experienced some of it myself but.....i happened to receive my order in a box different than what northerner usually delivers in and all of my cans were damaged....clearly someone at ups has smashed it put it in a new box and delivered it. I let northerner know what happened just in case other people had a similar problem......they sent me my whole order again it was roughly 40 cans.

I told them i knew it was not their fault and did not ask for anything and mentioned that the stuff was still usable but just the cans were damaged and they still resent my order. I guess it depends on who the message gets to

I'd like to see them keep it it up. Price isn't everything. Confidence in good service is worth a premium imo.

It's a loooong road but they can maybe do it. I sincerely wish them luck. I don't want to see anyone fail, especially not a company with all the positive attributes that Northerner brings with just their mission alone. If this is an indication that solutions to their major customer service problems are being implemented then all parties only stand to benefit from the changes. Godspeed Northerner.
