question for my Swedish friends or anybody who has travelled to sweden

My Mother is going on a cruise and will be in sweden at some point. My question is: Will it be likely she can pick up some lucky whilst there? Preferably in a duty free shop. And if in a duty free shop how much per roll do they usually go for and if you don't mind my traveling brethren how many rolls is it legal to cary back. Also this will be a multi nation cruise including Russia not sure which comes first. So if Sweden comes first is she going to have a problem crossing boarders tho some of it will be by sea. Just heard today that Sweden was on the itinerary so Trying to get some answers from those with experience.... Thanx a bunch.....

Depending how much I can get and what cost I will try to put some on the exchange. It seems I also have to deal with her baggage weight restrictions. I dunno. Researching if she would be able to mail it back ATM. My ma is a stickler for rules and probably has never knowingly broke a law in her life. So we'll see if it works out or not........ That's why I posted tis, she is leaving in 9 days so I gotta have it all figured out or she'll prolly just pick me up a couple cans if it is not feasible by her standards......
