I emailed Buysnus about the free gift

The answer is that you only get to choose a free gift when ordering over 10 cans. The gift is then determined by how much you go over the 10 tins. So the bigger the order the cooler the gift - or something like that. My order for a new 3ml stainless Icetool and three tins of lös doesn't qualify.
My old orders don't qualify either because, as I already stated, I order 6-8 cans at a time and mix it up every couple of weeks.

I don't think my ordering habits will change in the future. It never takes more than 4 days for the snus to arrive so if I see I am running low a quick order on Sunday night ensures it is here by Wednesday/Thursday. (I also have a stash of General White that I get from South Africa in the fridge so if my order is slightly delayed I still have plenty of snus.)

Not that I am fussed but now I know. I suggested that they add a section to the FAQs to clarify the policy on free gifts.

Also asked them about expanding the loyalty program. For now it seems it will remain limited to ordering rolls of the same brand. I suggest we petition them to ensure it covers all orders equivalent to a roll = ten cans minimum.

Should they do this I will gladly up my orders to ten cans at a time.

Either way I still think they are first rate company and will continue to support them.

My first buysnus order was only 3 portion cans. I sent them a prompt email thanking them for their service. The order of 9 portion cans I got last week was a bit heavy....I opened it and found 2 extra cans, for which I was not charged. They threw in a Phantom Classic and an Offroad Coffee/Vanilla. I discussed this with Mr. Unloadingzone. We came to the conclusion that maybe they were giving away soon-to-be-expired inventory, but when I checked both cans they had an ealy 2009 expiration. Pretty cool either way. Agreed, I'll continue to support these folks and their website.

I did a little happy dance!!!...Lol!!!...I'm 385lbs so you'd laugh too if you saw it...I've been to sweden and this company seems to employ kind, considerate and generous people! this is the standard I've come to expect from Swedes! Wonderful people!!!

Northerner has better shipping rates. I paid about $3.00 shipping for two cans of portion snus.

I just got a record fast shipment from buysnus, I bought some stuff Friday night, it arrived at my home in California on Thursday, and they are closed on weekends, I have no idea how they get it here so fast.

this is only my third order from them but every time it's been 3 or 4 days, and not a single problem.

a couple times I ordered some from a place in Sacramento and that takes
2-3 days, and there right here in California.

If you are buying single cans or two cans, then Northerner is cheaper. However, if you buy a bunch more, than Buysnus can be cheaper. The trick with Buysnus is to always buy up exactly to the weight limit. Buysnsus uses a zonal system, Northerner charges on a per can basis. Buysnus even makes it easy by telling you exactly how much more you can buy without going into a higher shipping price range.

Another lucky guy! I placed my first big order from swedishsnus.com a week ago Friday, and it hasn't arrived yet... I'm getting low on my first sampler pack, and if the new order doesn't come today I'm going to freak out!!! :wink:
