            I ordered from Northener like 4 days ago and the order is still pending, they haven't been replying to my queries. Has anyone had any difficulties with orders from northener lately? Am I gonna get my money/snus back

                    I thought I'd post this reply that I received from the Northerner "help desk". I contacted them telling them about some of the issues we've all been having, and this is the response. I asked about our points, as well as the layout of the site. I also gave them a link to this post so they can see that many of us are unhappy about the changes. Here is the response.

                    "Dear -------,


                    I am sorry however this is our new website. We are experiencing some problems and I am sorry for that. In our new website, we do not have bonus points I am afraid. We will compensate bonus points. You will receive coupons that will compensate for the lost bonus points you had on our old site. Not sure how long before the coupons will be distributed but it should be soon.


                    If there is anything else I can do for you, please feel free to contact me.

                                Just to take a little break from all the much-deserved Northerner bashing ...

                                Anyone remember this thread

                                They were capable of not only great customer service - but also supporting the little-guy and coming here direct to talk openly with us about issues that were big for us. Sadly I think the days of Frank coming on here are over - but it might show some newer members that Northerner weren't always a faceless corporate entity - in fact a lot of us felt like we knew them personally - but not any more.
