    And then there's SnusCentral. No loyalty program, but they tend to be a touch cheaper than Buysnus. I think it probably comes out even with Buysnus' loyalty program.

      I wonder what Frank has in mind? The longer the glitches continue the better he ought to make his new promotion system. That might help draw back some of the people that refuse to deal with them anymore.

      I'm still waiting for my order from the 27th. it doesn't say pending or shipped. and my emails go unanswered. Luckily I know it will be resolved.....someday.
      Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

        I just received a letter of apology from them including explanation for my delayed shipment. I would like to believe it is sincere, because, to tell the truth, there aren´t many other options for the EU snusers available. I am a member of the closed shopping community and there is still the O. site, but with snus2 recently closed (no international shipping any more) the avenues of opportunity are getting dangerously narrow and I hope there will be more than one option left. It is more difficult for the nazis to lock us out that way.

        If they remedy the current situation in reasonable time, I think I will continue buying from them. For the reason I stated, and for the range they offer, which is much wider than the other available options. Even for a higher price. In the long run it might be a good price to keep snus flowing into the EU Warsaw ghetto.

          We are sorry for any problems you have had with our new site. We encountered some problems when we changed to the new shoping system. Most of the problems have been fixed but we think it is best to keep you in the loop and answer some of your questions.

          We have changed the bonus system for the new site and we will compensate you for your bonus points. You will receive coupons that will compensate for the lost bonus points you had on our old site. Your bonus points have not been lost, they are just converted to fit the new bonus system.

          On facebook a few hours ago. It's nice to get some sort of explanation and apology, I'm just hoping that my shipment arrives in the next few days! Though I don't really care because they now offer a lot more to be shipped to the EU (Hello Goteborgs Rape)!

            The difference in snus shops online are like night and day. I am loyal to prices and fast delivery. I feel for all that are caught up in the mess, but it has been a problem for far too long.

                They did send a newsletter. Check your spam basket maybe? Or did you actively unsubscribe?

                    My advice is to always do mock orders on each. When deciding keep in mind that northerners point system is just slightly better than Buysnus's. At notherner you buy 10 rolls you get one free...at buysnus you have to buy 11 rolls and its actually a discount on your order...which has its problems. If you place an order for 12 rolls one of them will end up being free...the problem is that their system is set up to select the cheapest rolls of the order. sucks....but at least they have a points/discount system.
                    Hey PP good to hear from you. Yeah I've been in the game for a bit now, I do the mock orders etc. but you're right each company knows full well what the other is doing. I miss the old days of Premiumsnus with their lower prices and flat $5 shipping.

                    Hope you get your Northerner order shipped soon. I placed my order on Saturday and as of today it is still "pending" but I have no right to complain when you and others have had to wait even longer.

                    However, I'm running out of loose and a 1-click prilla from the Icetool just seems.......wrong.

                      I have never had a problem with BUYSNUS or the shop at SNUS CENTRAL.

                      I don't mind paying a small amount extra either over NORTHERNER.
                      Northerner has already lost 2 of my orders in transit and their reply to me is "we aren't responsible".

                      Now I have currently (or "had" as the case may be) around 800 points at Northener.
                      So they better have a decent compensation when it comes to those bonus points or i'm taking my business elsewhere.

                      Seriously Northerner! get your act together... this is a disaster. Even the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page isn't working. You're losing sales and customers FAST!! And I don't mind saying it one bit!!

                        Well I have an order in with them ... from the time the website changed and still only 1/5 of my order has been shipped. The rest is just "pending" despite those items being listed as "in stock" according to their site. I have asked why through their helpdesk but have had no response.

                        I really hope they are reading here ... it should make some really uncomfortable reading for them.

                        Their business only really is still in existence because their customers are addicts of their product - some of whom don't have any other option! In any other field of online shop their customer base would have completely jumped ship by now!

                        I would like to say that this is my last ever order with them. I will try and make that the case by any way possible!

                            Thing is - it doesn't answer the question which is why are you holding my money when the order is for items that the Northerner website shows as "in stock" - oh! and suddenly my order is now 2/5 shipped! I simply don't understand how this new system works. Are they sending single rolls from the Swedish warehouse to the USA, unpacking them and re-packaging them up as single rolls to send out to the EU?

                                I just noticed that my two rolls I added "subtotal" up to $103 something, when when I do the math, they should only be like $60ish.


                                Weird..?
