I understand what you're saying, and I didn't mind supporting the big N when Rick was leading up SnusDistribution and getting snus into the US via Northerner. But now that he's with Kretek and Northerner isn't working on a US push I would be more happy picking up a can or two of General in the US to support US distribution growths, because SM is doing a lot of leg work in the US as well, or buying a can of Thunder when I see it in shops to help Rick and his Kretek endeavors.

I agree but I have worked with Rick on this before and there are no distributors in my area. General is available but at close to $8.00 a can which is more than I want to pay. Also, the tobacco stores around here run out of it frequently and are not very reliable. The options are to either use Northerner with all of their faults or use Makewaebo with their expensive shipping costs and risk of tax troubles.

To all the UK snusers - f**k all this worrying about snus and where you're going to get it - the online shops have their hands completely tied behind their backs while trying to serve us here - and most have given up... I don't blame them!

I am back off tour tomorrow and I'm starting the day by beginning to making up a massive batch of lös (all for personal consumption of course) - I've got a couple of great recipes that I've proven can work - meadowsweet flavoured lös and ginger cinnamon lös stark. You all know where I live right? So don't panic or get down in the dumps. Just come over to the snus lounge and it will be on the table for all to share. I have a load of prillan DIY portion bags that you can use to make up portions from the lös if that's your preference (surely it's not illegal to import empty portion bags!)

Anyway - in my dreams it would be legal to sell for cost price my home-made efforts to people who are desperate for an effective, safe, proven alternative to cigarettes etc. However - it looks like I can only really make it for myself and hope the anus-using guests that come round my house don't steal it from me in their empty snus cans to take home and continue using their safe alternative to cigarettes in the UK :-)

No - that's what I meant all along - snuff, not anus.

Fact is guys in the UK - I am busy like nobody's business at the moment so I can't promise to be in - but should you be passing my way I'm going try my utmost to make sure that no-one who fancies a bit of extra moist nasal snuff goes wanting for it.
