If I lived in the EU, and was a fan of SM, I'd be tempted to do some gambling, and see if I could get some SM snus shipped. You might lose some money, but you might get some Ettan in he confusion.

I've just stuck in a two roll order with Odenssnus. It's costing me £10 more in total. It's still £12 cheaper than Northerner.

It seems that they've all hiked the price of snus. It's quite a hike too. Why?

Who knows? Maybe SM has just had it with the Euro Commission and decided to show them they can sell to Europe if they want. Or something like that.
I was thinking that the leak of the 2003 report and the leak of the new directive draft might have not been a coincidence.
So SM leaks the directive draft, get the tipp-exed report published and OK's sales from Northerner US in order to flex muscles.
