Duh. It's just dawned on me. You can't specify whether you buy from the US warehouse or the Swedish Warehouse.

....and it's dawned on me that the price hike might actually be to do with exchange rates but I'm unsure of this as I haven't been taking notice of what it's actually been in the past.

They do fluctuate because of that Also the did ramp up the prices in the US warehouse but they were still less than the after tax price from the Swedish warehouse.

I simply can't believe that Northerner are allowing this to go on for so long!

The decision to drop the bonus points with no notice is so disrespectful of their paying customers that it's almost funny (it would be if I didn't have some points in the bag!) - the fact that you can log on with your details and get to see other customers' address info and order history (possibly even credit card details?) is nothing short of illegal practice - and the website is still so slow and broken that it's practically unusable.

It looks to me like a business committing suicide before our very eyes.

That's not on at all. Surely the new site should be pulled back to test and the old production one put back for now. I recall when I was fiddling with it stuff kept getting added to my cart and disappearing and when I checked I was logged in as someone else somehow. I just left it, 5 free tins of Jaks Strong or not.

My order hasn't changed from pending yet and I put it in on Thursday/Friday.
