    Northerner are quite clearly a bunch of bloody idiots! In under a week they have managed to achieve:

    1) they change the whole structure of their site, removing the previous bonus points system with no warning for registered customers to use theirs up quick.

    2) the new website has clearly not been tested and suffers from loads of technical issues - including ones that compromise their customer's security.

    3) despite coming up to a week of complaints which have rendered the support ticket system useless, they continue to ignore all the complaints - instead opting to reply only on their facebook page with 2 or 3 canned responses which do not address people's concerns.

    4) as far as I can tell all orders placed since the changeover are still pending - or cannot be placed at all due to errors.

    5) they still have not thought to revert to the old website and a system that generally tended to work despite all this.

    If any of this happened at a company I was running ... well it wouldn't have happened in the first place, but it definitely would not still be like this now ...

    what a bunch of complete incompetent idiots!

                Unless there is a major change, and I get some something for my 1100 points, I'm done with Northerner. They can keep their "gold level membership", I don't want it.

                Looks like I'll be buying only from SnusCentral & BuySnus from now on. Sadly, Northerner was the best option for me with their discounted shipping, but I'd rather pay the extra money on shipping just to avoid the headache that comes with using their website.

                    Has anyone gotten a reply to their messages from northerner? I haven't, and its been a few days now.
                    Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

                      Got one on FB when I raised hell about my details being changed, they were contacting IT as an urgent matter and would let me know what happens, that was it so far.

                            From their FAQs:

                            Spot the deliberate mistake

                            How do I read the expiry date on my can?
                            Swedish snus cans:
                            To check if a label is American or European first look at the language, if it has swedish text on the label it has European dates, and if the label is in english it has American dates.

                            Most American expiry dates are written Month/Day/Year, but on a few cans the dates are written Year/Month/Day. Regardless if the year is first or last the month is allways before the day on American labels. On swedish labels however the expiry is written Day/Month/Year, which is the total opposite.

                            For example:
                            12062010 means december 6, 2010 if its an American label
                            112062010 means June 6th, 2012 if its a Swedish label.
