An even odder concurrence happened this morning as well. I wake up, check my emails as normal. Surprised I find two emails from Northerner. One was a ticket reply and the other a receipt. One of the people over there had sent me a massive apology and refunded my order despite it being sent out...

They also gave me a 30% discount code for my next order

I have never been sent a discount code, I am a gold member, was sent one to be used before the 23rd as a christmas promo but thats it

Maybe because they know that you have no other reasonable way to order snus. You don't lower your prices when your the only game in town.

2000 bonus points gone, just like that. for 15% discount. 2k points would be worth at least $60. To save $60 at 15% you would have to buy $400 worth of snus. Of course since the 15% discount don't work it don't matter anyway huuh. Wonder if they thought doing away with people's points was gonna do northerner some sort of good.

Im an American living in Spain. I hate smoking but could not find dip anywhere! When I came across Northerner.com I thought it was the answer to my prayers! I only saw one other site that shipped chew and it was twice as exspensive then Northener.com so I ordered 50 cans. Well its been 25 days and I have'nt even got so much as a reply to my "help ticket".. I have writen it off, my question is can anyone give me a GOOD website that can deliver American Chew (copenhagen, skoal, grizzly, etc.) that delivers to Spain and is fair priced? Thanks so much guys, any help would be great.. Im dying here... Cheers

Try Mr.Snuff for a small selection of dip - it's a good company and I think they ship to Spain. If you go to their chewing tobacco section DON'T try the English twist chew unless you want a really full-on new experience! They carry Taylor's Pride though.

Plus you can get it from www.snus.de if you are lucky enough to be a member. I don't think their referral system is working anymore though - I could try referring you if you want to PM me your name and email address ... it didn't work the last time I tried though!

Shame as they have a great selection of Skoal, Cope, Kodiak at €5.25 a can - Red Seal, Red Man, Timberwolf, Longhorn, Grizzly at down to €2.70 a can. Plus the full range of american chew.

I have had the same problems with Northerner that others have described in this thread, dating back to October when the website changed.

However, I think they may be turning a corner... I still haven't resolved the last order that has yet to be shipped, but they finally started talking to me again and are responding quickly and repeatedly. Now, maybe this is because I went through my bank and started the chargeback process, or maybe it's because as they say they have "finally worked out the website problems and have hired a new support staff".

who knows...

however, just for the hell of it, seeing as how the company was at least making an effort and communicating with me again, I used the rest of my store credit and purchased 5 cans of N&J Rad Red, and received my shipping notice with tracking # within a few hours of placing the order. Basically the same service I had always gotten from and expected of Northerner over the course of 3+ years until this past October. Had never had a single issue with them until Oct.

So.... maybe things are getting turned around for Northerner. If this order shows up on time and they make things right with my last order, I may consider continuing to do business with them.

I must say that my experience with BuySnus in December was amazing. Superfast shipping and turnaround, right before the christmas holiday! I'd just rather not pay those higher per can/roll prices or the higher shipping cost. But it's good to know they are there, fast and reliable, if I need them!

Pedro, en teoria significa que te lo han abonado, imagino que no te lo podrían enviar por algún motivo.

Sorry for non spanish speakers, I was explaning him the meaning of "refunded" and please if I´m wrong please correct me, but I understand that it means that for any reason they where not able to ship and the have given his money back, right?
