Things are definitely looking up. I placed a small order of 7 cans for $22 because of the free shipping deal on Friday. It shipped yesterday and I got it today woooo. I ordered one of their "purified" snus to see what I was missing out on. Big mistake, it's basically a bean bag and tastes like straight garbage but now I know. I'm really enjoying my first portion of Thunder Frosted though, much less drip then I expected which is great. All expiration dates were spot on too except for the can of Thunder Orange I ordered which expires on 3/31 5 days before the expiration date, really Northerner? Might have something to do with it being discontinued though. All in all a surprisingly good experience.

Meh... A few weeks ago, I ordered a roll of Oden's Extreme White Dry and a few of the TillCe brands. Northerner sent me Oden's Extreme Cold White Dry. They did refund my order, but this was before snuscentral started stocking the Extreme White Dry, so that was the only reason I ordered from Northerner.
I do enjoy TillCe's Boost though. I leave it in my car and have one or two when I'm heading to work or school.

Hey all,
I should start by saying that I placed my first order with Northerner in January, so I haven't experienced any pre-October problems..
The reason I started buying from Northerner was that my "supply line" from Norway (friends/family visiting - or me going there for holidays) was about to suffer a drought, and as I live in Spain (Madrid), my options are extremely limited when it comes to buying snus.
I've ordered from them monthly now, in January, February, March - and I just placed my fourth order a few moments ago.
The easiest way to explain my experiences with them, is to do it one order at a time.
It's also worth highlighting that I only snus lös, and that my favourites are General and Skruf.
#1 January
I wanted to get one of my favourites, but they weren't selling them (due to the EU snus ban). I ended up trying something different from their store, and went with Thunder Strong.
The package arrived after just 3 days - shipped from their warehouse in Denmark. All good so far, except for the taste of the snus - but I can't blame them for that :P
#2 and #3 February
Returning to order in February, I noticed that Skruf was suddenly available on their site (and in stock)! What a treat - even if it had to come from the US warehouse.
Overjoyed, I immediately added a 10-tin roll to my shopping cart. Browsing around a bit further, I also found a loose licorice snus (Offroad Licorice), and so I also added a tin of this to my cart - I'm a big licorice fan, but never tried licorice snus before.
1 day later, the Offroad snus got shipped, but the Skruf was still pending.
1 day later, there was still no change for the Skruf status. I proceeded to write them a mail, asking what was the cause of this. Their reply was very generic, basically saying that the Offroad had been shipped, and the Skruf "would be shipped shortly". They also said that deliveries from the US warehouse to Europe could take up to 5-14 business days to arrive.
1 day later, the Licorice arrived. Still no change to the Skruf status, and since I was worried about running out of snus, I checked their webpage. Skruf was listed as 'out of stock'... Due to this, and my Skruf status still being the same, I decided to get 3 extra Offroad cans, just so I wouldn't run out (quick delivery from Denmark!).
Then, 1 hour after I had ordered those Offroad cans, I got a mail that the SKRUF had been shipped! Despite it being out of stock... Quite confusing!
7 days later the Skruf arrived, but it was quite the disappointment, the snus was dry! Almost too dry to snus it evenHowever, since I was out of snus, with no possibility of getting something quickly, I kept it instead of attempting any return action.

Today it was time to place another order... I went to their site, logged in, and.... No more Skruf!! However, suddenly "General USA" have appeared in their listings, and I can't complain about that! I ordered 10 cans, plus 7 different flavours from the Denmark warehouse. Somehow, I got an 11€ discount on the General, which was great - however I couldn't manage to find out why I got this discount. On my receipt, it also said that I had gained 4 points, but I coulnd't find any info on exactly what this means either.
So, to sum up:
- Their "stock" is unreliable from what I can see. My Skruf was listed as 'in stock', yet it took 3 days to ship it. On the day it got shipped, it was listed as 'Out of stock' on their webpage, leading me to believe I had to wait longer - and thus "forcing" me to order some emergency snus.
- I only got 1 batch from the US warehouse, but that one was dry. Expiration date was end of May, which is decent - so I'm guessing other factors might have weighed in here.
- Generic replies from customer service, not answering my questions.
- Quick shipping from DK warehouse (to Spain)!
- Slow handling from US warehouse (to Spain).
- Their website isn't very informative. Hard to find concrete information on discounts, promotions and bonus programs.
- Confusing offerings.. In January they didn't have Skruf nor General (not stock related - they weren't in their listings at all), then in February they had Skruf but not General, then in March they don't have Skruf but "General USA"?!
Basically I'm very happy with the service from the warehouse in Denmark - but not so much from the US warehouse. Only got 1 experience from there though - let's see how the next shipment fairs! Will report back.
All in all, I'll keep ordering from them...

I did a mock order last night mainly to see if a few of my old favorites would really ship to the USA. However, when I got to the page right before placing my order, the subtotal in my cart had all but doubled for no reason (this was the total of just the snus ............shipping and tax were added below). Has anyone else had this problem and do you know why the price auto increases?

Update: I tried placing the order using Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer (as well as from different devices). In each case the problem persisted. So as it stands the above does not look like a solution (at least for me).
