Experiences with Northerner.com?

Update: I tried placing the order using Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer (as well as from different devices). In each case the problem persisted. So as it stands the above does not look like a solution (at least for me).

Has this happened to anyone else? Regardless watch your subtotals if placing an order

I placed an order yesterday and no problems, the subtotal was what it was expected to be an everything was right, but some time ago, I was checking to place a mock order with another account (a false account I created with a country outside the EU, just to check other snus brands) and I had the problem you say. I don´t know whay, maybe some taxes...

The taxes are included below the subtotal........so taxes should not be the cause............. I think it is just a glitch in their system.....and from your post it seems to be a glitch for those outside the EU.

I don't know......the help desk turned out to be not so helpful.......seems like they would pass this on to IT and have them take a look at it.......but I got no indication that was going to happen...........oh well........ I tried

Very happy with the way Northerner handled my order this week. Ordered over the weekend and the dispatch process started the very next working day (Monday) Being an international order when I get it will be in the hands of the postal services/customs but Northerner certainly handled their part of the process efficiently. Looks like things are looking up at Northerner.

If I had to guess the tax is a sales tax and the difference is a tobacco tax, but the thing is I did this example of 1 can while not logged in so it did not know my state for computing the tax.

I'm new here but I think I have given up on Northerner. They were out of my General product order for a month, when I emailed them about it they didn't answer for two weeks. In the meantime I ordered some Off Road from them which showed up expired and dry as the Sahara. I just ordered from SnusCentral for the first time, and while the shipping was higher I received fresh product in two days. Overall the price per can was only a .35 more, well worth it.

Beware Northener is now blantantly stealing from its customers. I think this business is going bust and they are trying to scam as many people as they can. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

hey i think this is going a bit far. I mean i don't think Norhterner are devious , they just seem to have some technical difficulties from time time . I have recieved my Skruff stark Los , maybe a week or two later than it should have taken , but i have ordered before and it has been fine. I mean , the situaltion in the EU is precarious enough as it is . Only three sites i know of ship to EU states , if Northerner went belly up it would be a disaster

There were times in the past (amid all the PACT chaos) when trying to juggle all the new policies made Northerner's customer service a bit touch and go.

But they have since made great strides to rectify those problems

Regardless.......through it all........... one thing they have never been....... is crooks

Maybe berry is a mole from a competitor (who knows)......I guess we could ask him.....but he seems to have gone strangely missing........and unexpectedly so.....what with his 1s of posts

I believe my first post on snuson was also complaining about Northerner maybe 3 years ago when my card number was magically stolen and they scoffed and called me a liar.
Can a mod confirm that me and Berry are indeed not the same person? I've made my fair share of complaints about northerner here recently and would not like this to seem like it is me in disguise.
