    Mail forwarding service from Sweden

Northerner fiasco makes me want to try mail forwarding from Sweden.Does anybody has any experience with that?If that works as I hope, then it would be possible to order whatever you want, whenever you live.I guess you have to rent P.O Box first, which is not cheap, but it might be worth that hassle since I am buying big volume of snus and my recent mock order at Northerner would cost me 30% more then the same order 2 weeks ago.If I get that service running I might let other people use my P.O.Box for a small fee

If shipping wasn't so expensive, I would forward to you. Since UPS is way too much, I doubt it would be cost effective. The P.O. Box method might work though. I don't know about Sweden's laws on that, you might have to be an actual resident.

A mail-forwarding service will have to apply to the same laws as a shop. Most, if not all of these services don't ship tobacco (most likely because of the intransparent tobacco import/export laws and the tax/duty pitfalls in many countries). I don't think that a forwarding service could be a viable solution for our problem.

      Cheers!

maybe I am wrong but I dont think, that this is carriers responsibity to follow EU snus ban laws.If some swedish shop will start tomorow selling a snus to EU,who is gonna get in trouble - shop or UPS? There shoud not be a problem with mail forwarding within EU,since you dont have to fill a custom form and I did not see a tobacco on the list of restricted packages on one mail forwarding service website .I am even thinking to start some small mail forwarding service by myself

Maybe the forwarding service would get no immediate legal problems, but at least some of their users would not receive the package because of customs (that happens even on inner-EU-shipments, rarely, but it happens) and would probably try to hold the fowarding-service responsable.

          Cheers!

If that works it might be a very real and practical workaround........regardless it is brilliant.......let us know wh you find out.......like price, forwarding to non EU addresses (America), and any thing else that might be useful
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

I dont know .why nobody from swedish members of Snuson did not come up with that idea yet(Start MF EU service). It seems to me like a legal bussines, with almost zero investment,so there is nothing to loose.I work in Norway right now and I have some contacts in Sweden but I dont know how reliable those people are.I am not a snus user I am a small snus dealer(in Czech rep.) and I dont want close my side bussines, not because I need that money(i Make 20 x more like a roofer in Norway) but this is only succesfull thing I have done in my life

Because it´s a big hazzle for very little compensation. Well not big, but still you gotta do it, and feeling obligated to do it and since you morally can´t ask for any compensation for doing it, it sorta just doesn´t appeal. Atleast for me. I helped a fair number of snuson members way back, but I don´t like the pressure of having to do stuff for free for people I dont know, plus haveing the funds sent is a hazzle since I dont like paypal and other stuff like that.

Why would you do this for free ? That is insane.Just charge them, whatever you think your time is worth and people will make decision what is a better deal - pay you 5-20 USD ,buy fly ticket to Sweden or other desperate " snusgetting" ideas
